Financial Summary Affidavit
An affidavit is a sworn. It is used to verify the translation is accurately stating what is said in the original language of the document. A document becomes an affidavit when the deponent signs the document in the presence of someone authorized or official with the power of witness an oath. If you are applying outside of Canada, the affidavit must be sworn in the presence of a notary public. This document must be signed by your sponsor and must be stamped by a notary public.
If you have a sponsor (the person whose name is on the bank statement), you should submit an affidavit of financial summary. A financial summary affidavit is known as the document of your sponsor’s financial supporting ability. Your sponsor swears in the presence of a notary public that he or she will bear the expenses of your tuition, living, food and others. Name Correction Affidavit
We understand how much you are in a fix with names in your documents. Do not worry if your parents’ names as per their identification documents (NID or passport) are not matching with your educational certificates, mark sheets, transcripts, passport and other documents. the name correction affidavit must be sworn in the presence of a notary public by declaring the correct spelling. Property Evaluation or Valuation Certificate
Property Valuation Certificate is a certificate to tell about the property value of you and your family at the time of application in the home country. Property valuation certificates are crucial because they represent the financial tie-up with the home country. Fixed assets are also used as collateral for the educational loan from the Bank to cover applicant’s expenses.
Translation
All documents have to be in English or French. If any of your documents are not in these two languages, you must submit translated copies. An affidavit with the translation has to be given if the translator is not certified.
Notary Public
In Bangladesh, Notary Public is known as an officer who is licensed by the Government to perform functions such as the authentication of signatures or documents, and the witnessing of affidavits or statements of persons under oath.

Police Clearance Certificate
A police certificate is a statement that declares you don’t have a criminal record. if you have one, a copy of your criminal record must be provided with visa application. However, you must provide an original copy of Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) from your home country. Additionally, you must submit PCC for each country if you reside more than 6 months.
Upfront Medical Test
If you want to shorten your visa process time frame, you should get an upfront medical examination. You should make an appointment with any of the approved panel physicians. On medical test day, don’t forget to take your passport with you.
On the other hand, you can wait for visa office instruction. You will be sent a Medical Report form (IMM 1017E). You just need to take this form with a passport photocopy.
